What We've Been Working On: New blessings - and old ones too!
We adore our return customers. There's nothing we appreciate more than someone requesting our services because they were happy with our work in the past and remembered us. One of our favorite return customers has made a tradition of having us embroider a tiny blanket held by a stuffed bear for each of his grandchildren as they are born. We started these bears when we were still located primarily in Manchester, New Hampshire, and have continued creating them after relocating our workshop to Littleton. As with many of our "southern" customers, we've been able to keep in touch by making weekly visits to the Manchester area for pick ups and drop offs throughout the years so as no to lose touch with anyone. So, thanks to all our return customers - especially those in the Manchester area who haven't let a small distance stand between us. We very much appreciate the opportunity to continue to work for you.

What We've Been Up To: Dress Up Your Throne
Who doesn't need a throne? Well, most of us probably get through life without one, I suppose. But if you do happen to have one, shouldn't it be as regal as possible? Otherwise, what's the point? For the past few months, we've been working with the fine people at Samadhi Cushions in Vermont to embroider a very specific design for them onto silk shantung fabric which will be used as a throne cover.
First we spent weeks hand-digitizing the intricate designs they supplied us with.
Next we embroidered smaller elements of the overall design pieces of the overall design separately.
Then we had to place our mama- frame on our 4-head machine. This frame, standing on end, is about 6 feet tall. Needless to say, it is somewhat of a process getting it on and off our machine.
Some of the smaller pieces were then placed on the large fabric and appliqued on.

Brand Your Business - the sooner, the better
The holiday season is coming fast and furious and now is the time to get your end of year promotional products ordered! It is important to remember that many promotional products take 3-4 weeks to produce, and at this time of the year most distributors are already busy. Avoid the rush (and the rush fees) and give some thought today to what you'll need for your end of the year promos.
Promotionals can be a great way to send out a holiday greeting or gift to your customers and employees. It's always a good idea to acknowledge your most important clients at the end of a year, to thank them for their year's business. Adding a small token, which happens to be imprinted with your company's logo and message, can serve a reminder of your appreciation for years to come. For more ideas of how promotional items can help maintain a happy customer base, contact us today.

Brand Your Business With Gratitude
Yes, it may only be October 3, but it is time once again to begin thinking about the holidays. Maybe you're thinking of giving your employees jackets with your logo embroidered on them? Maybe you want to screen print a bunch of fun tees for a holiday party? We can help! But don't forget that in addition to everything else a company should be dealing with at the end of the year, one of the most important things to consider is how to thank your best customers. Especially in these difficult economic times, expressing your gratitude is crucial to maintaining long, happy relationships with your customers. Fortunately, promotional products can be your answer to expressing your gratitude while at the same time, reinforcing your branding. Take these gourmet assortment tins: they include 5 gourmet chocolate chip cookies, 4 oz. honey roasted peanuts, 4 oz. gourmet cranberry nut mix, 3 pieces of white chocolate mid-size pretzels, 3 pieces of milk chocolate peanut clusters and 2 pieces of Swiss chocolate truffles. Who wouldn't love you for giving them one of these tins? Plus, you can emblazon the tins with your company logo, contact information, and message of thanks. For more ideas of how to use promotionals to enhance your customer relations, contact us today.

Thing that's making us smile this week
We love it when we get a chance to hear from our customers after they pick up their items! This week, we received the nicest letter from a regular customer who tried out a brand new Port Authority sport shirt we had suggested:
